At the top of an online paper by Matt McCormick is this copyright statement:

Copyright 2008. Do not copy, distribute, or quote without explicit written permission of the author.

So, I am NOT going to read this. Reason: the author clearly don't understand copyright law. As a publishing academic without such simple understanding, I doubt I can find any insight of the paper.
